Doing Good No Matter What

Christian virtues of unity, sympathy, love, tenderness, and humility ought to be present in all who profess faith in Jesus. These virtues should be displayed in daily life through a regular habit of doing good. Yet even with good actions flowing from virtuous hearts, Christians still must be prepared to face suffering. Some who oppose Christian beliefs and values will slander and revile believers, while others will seek to understand the source of Christian hope. We must be prepared to face both situations.
